royalty debit and credit adjustment issues resulting in retroactive payments to writer
and publisher members.
 Registered Intellectual Property Works with the Library of Congress/U.S. Copyright
Office on behalf of writer and publisher member to ensure the protection of said
IPW's.
 Compiled, organized and reviewed yearly income/expense budget projection report
in order to identify and achieve maximum and cost effective operating benefits for
the organization.
 Analyzed Songwriter/Publisher agreements in order to ensure that said agreements
were in compliance with any, and all, rights previously assigned to S.G.A.E. by its
writer and publisher members.
