Excel is a spreadsheet tool capable of performing calculations,
analyzing data, and integrating information from different programs.
It is a spreadsheet application written and distributed by Microsoft for
Microsoft windows and Mac users. There are many versions of excel
and as long as you have its basic knowledge, you can use any of its
version.

3. How to get or download excel
Excel is available from Microsoft. You may buy online then download the
application or you may buy from authorized sellers then let them install it in
your PC. For trial you may try it free for 30 days.

Oftentimes, large data in an excel file or in a sheet of an excel file need to
be combined with another large data that is saved in another excel file or in a
different sheet. E.g. We need to combine contents of columns E&F.

If the data to be combined is in another sheet or in another file, we have to
insert a blank column to the file where we want the combined data and save
the data from another file or another sheet there. This is to make the
process easier.
