About the Task Force:
A self-organized, diverse, temporary body dedicated to launching
a Food Policy Council for Raleigh and Wake County.
We are building on years of food policy and food planning
advances in Raleigh and Wake County.
Our work is part of a statewide trend in Food Councils, and a
growing need to integrate expertise and resources from all parts
of the food system for effective decision-making at all levels of
government, community, and the private sector.
