The information system that we use for out program will have funder reports and data for funder will be
easily reported on. There are configurable data forms, you will build new forms and assessments that will
be available. The information system digitized all paper forms and allows easy access to these forms.
Intakes are saved, and to do lists are available to improve caseworker performance and ability to improve
client outcomes. Clients and providers have their own private portal and will create personalized program
pathways for clients.

EVALUATION

The evaluation strategy that Mental
Essentials would use would be a qualitative
method. Qualitative methods of evaluation
are collected through direct, participant
observation, interviews, focus groups, and
case studies. Using outcome evaluation like
a questionnaire will tell whether the program
is being effective in meeting the objectives of
the program. Doing performance evaluations
will help with staff effectiveness and will help
with areas of professional development.
