Just want to tell you ERIC was amazing today helping me find my account information. I had been
searching for nearly and hour and a half, making calls and getting nowhere. ERIC was patient and very
pleasant in helping me solve the questions I had today.
My frustration is that I have automatic withdrawal from my business account and I could not find any
account information. I do not know who to call to make changes and no one ever contacts me just to
check on my account. I even changed banks and got a collections notice because I had no number to call
to make changes. I need to have invoices e-mailed to me and contact infor outlining what exactly I am
paying for.

I want to tell you how grateful I am to have Erik come to my aid in Customer Support. He accomplished
what no one else has been able to do since I began my quest last Fall of trying to omit an erroneous
address on my Internet ad that has cost me incalculable loss of business.
My ordeal is not over yet, but thankfully, potential customers will no longer be ending up in a residential
neighborhood in Longmont, 13 miles from my shop, thanks to Erik's persistence in fixing that for me. He
assured me he would stay with this particular issue until it was resolved, and he problem-solved it through
some obstacles until that was accomplished.
