1. First of all all employees must to be honest all times and all employees must have ethic
at the job. Driven by this statements the best option for us is that Bryan reports to Max's
supervisor. Is well known that the subordinate always have to obey your superior but
more import than this is never lose your dignity and honor. Bryan have to report to his
superior every time he is in a anti ethical, illegal or of risk situation. The great pros to
report to Max's superior is that Brian transfers the responsibility to him. And Brian will be
exempt from any punishment for breaking the law and he would make it clear that not
obeyed because is against the law. The cons is that maybe Max’s superior ask Brian to
do the same thing so Brian should refuse to do. Is very hard his boss fire him for this
reason because it will put his boss in trouble. But if even that Brian’s boss fire him his
conscience will be fine and Brian will be avoiding future problems with the justice.
