2. FEIJOADA
• The feijoada is the typical food of
Brazil and is a stew made with black
beans, dehydrated pork. It is served
with rice and oranges and sprinkled
with cassava flour. It is a dish that is
considered heavy, so it is eaten
calmly. It is common for it to be
offered in restaurants on Wednesdays
and Saturdays.
3. MOQUECAS:
• It is a stew made from mixtures of
shellfish and fish. For its preparation,
onions, peppers, tomatoes, coriander
leaves, palm oil and coconut milk are
mainly used.
