Work Experience
CACI Systems Analyst April 2015 - Present
As a Systems Analyst, provides expertise in all areas relevant to the Battle Command (BC) Systems the
Joint Automated Deep Operations Coordination System (JADOCS), and the Advanced Field Artillery
Tactical Data System (AFATDS). Developed, validated and executed test cases for various Fire Support
Systems in accordance with local processes and work solutions. Additionally, responsibilities include
conducting analysis on software applications, software utilities, and diagnostic software as required.
Researching and developing concepts to assist in the software development of prototype applications as
required in areas related to Fire Support Systems. Providing analysis based on information gained by
means of observation, experience, or experiment to assist in the design, development and
implementation of software changes and improvements. Conducting analysis and recommending
measures to improve methods, performance, and quality of product service for the user. Additionally
requires interacting with the system user to translate their needs for the system into software
requirements and designs.
CGI Systems Analyst July 2013 - March 2015

Northrop Grumman Systems Analyst November 2010 - April 2013
Developed, validated and executed test cases for various Fire Support Systems in accordance with local
processes and work solutions. Systems tested included the Fire Finder Radar Q-36 and Q-37, Lightweight
Counter Mortar Radar (LCMR), the Forward Observer System (FOS), Centaur Lightweight Technical Fire
Direction, and the Advanced Field Artillery Tactical Data System (AFATDS). Additionally reviewed and
produced software developers and Independent Validation and Verification (IV&V) software, test
documentation and test results to assure compliance with customer specified requirements. Entered test
anomalies in the government’s test report database with sufficient analysis based on troubleshooting to
accurately describe and document the problem.
US Army Battle Command Supervisor August 2008 - October 2010
As a Battle Command Supervisor managed three separate programs for the U.S. Army Training and
Doctrine Command’s, Capabilities Development and Integration Directorate. Was the requirements
developer for the software and analyzed the specifications for the hardware for all MLRS (Multiple Launch
Rocket System) fire direction tactical computers and trainers. Tested and fielded new software to all the
MLRS units in the active Army and National Guard. Was the primary MLRS tester and requirements
developer for the AFATDS for the TRADOC Capabilities Manager Rockets and Missiles. Instructed the
battalion staff during numerous fielding’s of new MLRS units and received commendation on several
occasions.
US Army Fire Direction Chief / Platoon Sergeant December 2003 - August 2008
Was the primary instructor for analyzing and troubleshooting Fire Direction Software systems in
numerous exercises and deployments. During the years of deployment, no personnel were injured and
the systems were operational over 98% of the time. This was the result of the maintenance,
troubleshooting and safety program developed, implemented, and managed during the tour. Analyzed
software and operations to provide feedback to units stateside that were about to deploy for them to
improve their efficiency once they reached the combat zone. Was awarded commendations and several
times was recognized for superior performance including best fire direction center in the Division and the
Honorable Order of Saint Barbara.
US Army 12/2004 – 08/2008 Senior Instructor / Writer December 1999 - December 2003
Analyzed the system requirements and developed and wrote lesson plans and program of instructions for
AFATDS classes. Was the primary instructor for analyzing and troubleshooting Fire Direction Software
systems. Was responsible for the training and qualification of personnel (Army, Marines, and Navy), on
the AFATDS system to include Naval Fire Support, Close Air Support, Fire Support and Fire Direction
personnel. Received the Meritorious Service Medal for work above and beyond current pay grade and was
consistently complimented by students on evaluation of training sheets.
