After falling for four consecutive trading sessions, the Indian equity markets finally made a strong comeback amid positive vibes coming from the Asian and European markets.

 After falling for four consecutive trading sessions, the Indian equity markets finally made a strong comeback amid
positive vibes coming from the Asian and European markets.
 Finally, the BSE Sensex ended with a gain of 331 points at 26,726. The BSE Sensex opened at 26,501 touched an intra-
day high of 26,753 and low of 26,447. The NSE Nifty closed with a gain of 98 points at 8,206. The NSE Nifty opened
at 8,139.40 hitting a high of 8,213 and low of 8,123.
 The Nifty snapped its four day negative streak and witnessed a decent rally. Led by banking, capital goods, FMCG and
IT, the index ended 105 points higher. Nifty futures premium settled at 15 points. India VIX fell 0.8% to 17.0.
 FIIs sold 113 crore while DIIs sold 32 crore in the cash segment. FIIs sold 639 crore in index futures and bought 804
crore in index options. In stock futures, they sold 227 crore
 The highest Put base is at the 8000 strike with 81 lakh shares while the highest Call base is at the 8300 strike with 59
lakh shares. The 8400 and 8500 Call strikes added 4.5 and 4.4 lakh shares, respectively, while the 8000 and 8200 Put
strikes saw addition of 13.9 lakh and 7.4 lakh shares, respectively
 Nifty Future: The Nifty is likely to open negative on the back of weak global cues. It is likely to trade in the range of
8070-8180. Sell Nifty in the range of 8230-8240 for targets of 8200-8180, stop loss: 8255
 Bank Nifty Future: The Bank Nifty also moved towards its higher band of 18000 in the last session primarily on the
back of buying seen in the PSU banking space. Failure to surpass 18000 may push it once again towards 17600 in the
near term. Sell Bank Nifty in the range of 17850-17900, targets: 17700-17650, stop loss: 18050
