• Mexichem ha podido posicionarse como líder en su sector
teniendo aproximadamente el 50% de participación de
mercado. A continuación se mencionaran algunos cambios en
la empresa y como empezó a posicionarse en el mercado
internacional.

• Mexichem has positioned as leader in his sector having
approximately 50 % of the market share. Some changes in the
company and how it started being positioned on the
international market follows .

Cables Mexicanos
S.A. is founded by a
group of Mexican
and English investors

Cables Mexicanos
S.A. changes its
name to Aceros
Camesa.

created and called
Grupo Industrial

name to Mexichem

Why do the company expand
internationally?
• The foremost reason was the opportunity for increased sales
volume. There were billions of potential consumers abroad
who wanted or needed the productcs of mexichem .
International strategy
• Mexichem used a
large-scale acquisitions
in order to gaps in it
products value chain
on their main lines.
Both rely on global
vertical integration,
ranging from the
extaction of raw
materials for the
manufacuture, and
from the refrigerant
gas.
Some Acquired Companies
Mexichem operates in more than 30 countries
with more than 19,200 employees worldwide
at over 100 sites.
CONCLUSIONS
• Its success is based on the continued expansion of the Group's
presence in different markets through organic growth and
acquisitions that provide synergies , opportunities for vertical
integration and the ability to add value to the raw material
