This project focused on personal plans for the future. At the time I had planned to open my own recording studio. This is a slideshow presentation breaking down my plan to open and sustain that recording studio based on my knowledge at the time.
3. I will be creating my own recording studio. My plan is to
take out a small business loan to cover the initial start up
costs of leasing a building and purchasing the required
equipment. Once a building is secured and I have acquired
the proper equipment I intend to begin promotions and
hiring a team. My fiancé is an Audio Production major at
Full Sail and he will be the lead engineer. With promotions
and some recruiting we will begin sessions. We are both
musicians and active in our community so finding clients will
not be an issue.

An LLC is a Limited Liability
Corporation.
An LLC can be owned by more
than one person.

“members”.
5. ADVANTAGES OF AN LLC
An LLC limits personal liability.
Your personal assets, such as your home and bank
account, cannot be used to collect debts accumulated by
your business.
LLC’s can take advantage of pass-through taxation in which
the LLC does not pay any LLC taxes or corporate taxes.
Instead the LLC’s income and expenses pass through to
the owners personal tax returns.
