Bullying is a really big issue all
around the world. This means that is
also a really big problem in Ecuador.
Bullying is a bad behavior among
other children, there also exist many
types of bullying such as
cyberbullying, sexual bullying,
physical bullying, and verbal bullying
emotional bullying. Normally the
aggressor have conducts such as;
violence between students, they
normally get into verbal fights, they
also blame others because of their problems, and mostly they are competitive
children who worry about they popularity and what kind of things people said about
him/her. The aggressor can harm other kids physically and mental. This cause the
other kid to have many problems, they can developed things as; social anxiety,
depression, eating disorders, self-harm and other.
An investigation from the CEPAL (2011)
detect that violence between kids affect
them in their grades. Ecuador is one of
the countries that have a major rate in
bullying. They also determinate that 47,
6% of the students have said that others
stole their things and 21, 9% declare that
they have suffer from physical abuse.
Also and study from Ineval says that at
least 50% of the students have bad
grades because of bullying. A study done in Ecuador by ENNA said that at least
69% of kids abuse of younger kids. And 74% insult or made fun of others.
