2. What is SeCr?
SeCr is a personalized support tool for
caregivers of people living with stroke. It
consists of the following features:
• Social Communication
• Task Management
• Health Management, and
• Information Support

4. SeCr Interface
When you access SeCr, you would be
presented with the Social Media
Communication page. Using this page you
could communicate with other caregivers
and medical professional regarding your
healthcare needs and questions.
These questions can be shared using the
Post Input on the top of the page

You could access your profile information
by clicking the profile picture on the top
of the page
The bottom menu consists of options
such as
• Information
• Personal Health Management
• Home
• Survivor Health Management
• Menu

The profile page lets you personalize
your profile including:
• Editing your cover photo
• Editing your profile photo
• Editing your profile information
• Adding other caregivers to your page –
this allows you to share tasks with
other caregivers
Further, you can view all your past posts
within your profile page

The information page studies your
activity on the platform to provide
around the clock information support. All
information provided is from reliable
sources and has been verified by a
medical professional.

8. SeCr Interface
Personal and Survivor Health Management includes a
collection of several health monitoring apps including
• Blood Pressure
• Heart Rate
• Blood Glucose
• Physical Activity, and
• Weight
You would need to add the app that best suits your need
and continue to monitor your health and the health of
your loved one’s
As this app is still in the early stages of its development,
the app only supports manual input. In the future, we
hope to include wearable devices to ensure easy data
collection.

Notifications highlight all the interactions
other users have with your post
Tasks allows you to track medications,
appointment and other important health
aspects

next phase of the study
