PDHPE concentrates on students' social, emotional, and physical well-being by making them aware of healthy eating habits and encouraging physical activity and a healthy lifestyle. It covers eight areas including active lifestyle, dance, games, growth, gymnastics, relationships, health choices, and safe living. PDHPE teaches important life skills like moving, decision making, problem solving, communicating, and interacting, while letting children have fun and learn about safety.
