                                                                       Behavioral Development
The Behavioral Development Training Programme for Project
Managers is like no other. It is a comprehensive professional          for Project Managers
development experience that coaches participants in the
individual behaviors and attitudes required in a project                C OAC H I N G PR OGR A M M E F OR
manager. It provides awareness of the importance of personal            BEH AVI OR AL D EVEL OPM E N T
behaviors and attitudes within the framework of stakeholders
and project management competencies. Each delegate will
come away with personal awareness of their behavioral profile,
their strengths and weaknesses and an action plan related to
development which is aligned with the project management
role behavioral profile. The course includes coaching and
mentoring from an experienced Professional Coach with deep
real life project expertise. It is intensive and stretching and will
provoke actions and reactions you may never have imagined or
felt before.

The training programme spans over a period of approximately
six months, with the first stage being pre course activity
including your personal behavioral profile and mapping to the
role profile for a project manager. The second stage includes the
coaching workshops held over 6 days within a 2 month period.
You need to attend all modules. You then work with a coach for
6 further sessions to guide, support and set you on your way to
implementing your own behavioral goals.

 The Project Management Behavioral Development course weaves together 7 main components:
                Understanding of a project management behavioral profile
                Personal behavioral profile report (with a mapping to the project management
                 profile)
                A high level understanding of how brain activity is related to behavior and attitudes
                A deep understanding of behaviors and attitudes in relation to project management
                 leadership and management skills
                A deep understanding of behaviors and attitudes in relation to project management
                 competencies
                A deep understanding of behaviors and attitudes in relation to project stakeholders:
                     o Client / Users
                     o Management
                     o Team & Suppliers
                     o Organisational Peers
                Personal behavioral Goals and Action Plan

                Workshops delivered face to face in small groups (to focus attention specifically on
                 your development)
                Individual coaching over 6 sessions by one of our Certified Coaches (to provide
                 guidance and support in implementing some of your learning is the workplace and
                 to set you on your own journey)

 Our purpose is not simply to provide you with a tool bag of powerful techniques and processes. You
 will become more skilled in communicating honestly and effectively; you will learn to listen more
 deeply, actively and intuitively and become more aware of your own perceptions, fears, insights and
 aspirations.

 The Project Management Behavioral Development course is very interactive and will require you to
 have an open mind, be honest and be prepared to share yourself with others. Your collaboration with
 others will accelerate your understanding and knowledge, as well as provided insights for others. The
 Project Management Behavioral Development Programme requires 100% full participation and
