The Behavioral Development Training Programme for Project
Managers is like no other. It is a comprehensive professional for Project Managers
development experience that coaches participants in the
individual behaviors and attitudes required in a project C OAC H I N G PR OGR A M M E F OR
manager. It provides awareness of the importance of personal BEH AVI OR AL D EVEL OPM E N T
behaviors and attitudes within the framework of stakeholders
and project management competencies. Each delegate will
come away with personal awareness of their behavioral profile,
their strengths and weaknesses and an action plan related to
development which is aligned with the project management
role behavioral profile. The course includes coaching and
mentoring from an experienced Professional Coach with deep
real life project expertise. It is intensive and stretching and will
provoke actions and reactions you may never have imagined or
felt before.
The training programme spans over a period of approximately
six months, with the first stage being pre course activity
including your personal behavioral profile and mapping to the
role profile for a project manager. The second stage includes the
coaching workshops held over 6 days within a 2 month period.
You need to attend all modules. You then work with a coach for
6 further sessions to guide, support and set you on your way to
implementing your own behavioral goals.
