3. Scenario
• John, who is a DkIT student who is colour blind, wants to
request an Operating System tutorial in ITLC for the first time
• Requirement
• Had an electronic device
• Internet connection
• Task
• Log in into ITLC website using an electronic device with internet
connection
• Choose the slot which is available for ITLC and suitable for him

5. Situation & Issues
• Does not understand how to request a tutorial
• Might not find out how it works and in the end does not request the tutorial
• Wifi Disconnect
• Unable to view the timetable and request tutorial
• Inaccurate perception of the colour red and orange
• Low Contrast between text and backgrounds increases the challenges faced by people
who are colour blind or have other visual impairment conditions.
