You now have an opportunity to achieve either of these things through the BIS Finance Mentoring Scheme.
Am I eligible for the scheme?
• The BIS Finance Mentoring Scheme is open to all staff within the finance function.
What’s in it for me?
• We aim to pair people in order to benefit both mentor and mentee.
What’s involved?
• Initially, this will be a six to nine month pairing with meetings every month to six weeks.
