Setting up of a technical training Centre in Barcelona alongside with a new
contract (80 Tram drivers trained in 4 weeks, 8 trainers trained)
Training needs analysis in 6 countries & design of 6 training plans (10 000
employees) for the next 3 years. Recruitment of a training manager for these
countries, launching of the corporate seminar on training, delivery of the 1st
leadership course for country and HR managers
Design of Technical training courses answering the B.U needs. Transferring of
these technical courses from an area to another.
Transferring of leadership Program in Czech Republic (500 trainees within 5 years)
Reengineering of the integration program for new employees (worldwide
program, 80 newcomers/session). Training Budget 2M€
Launching of a monthly Newsletter on HR/Training in 3 languages
Writing & publication of 2 manuals (3000 copies) to build up competencies in the
HR/management level on training. Head of Campus VE Editions (technical books)
Setting up of 2 technical training centers (Indianapolis & Prague)
Management of Apprenticeship technical courses for a Business unit (Water
utilities - 30.000 employees). Management of the training Unit (10 employees
including 4 trainers, 40 apprentices).
Management of a technical Training Unit (Waste services) (Budget: 5 M€; 25
employees; 5 first-line managers, 10 trainers; training platform). Institutional
representation (trade unions, funding organization, State, region, schools…)
Memorandum of understanding and signing of a partnership with 3 schools : ASCI
(India), Yale (USA), Tsinghua (China) to strengthen our local training offer
Implementation of a Shareware internet platform on training tools & techniques
Design of the train the trainers course in EMEA, then worldwide & certification
Writing of the international training and organizational development strategy.
