OBJECTIVE
I am passionate about people and healthcare, witha desire to pursue advanced practice and
develop specialisedskills. As a graduate nurse I think it is important to be contemplating career
progression, pursue continuedprofessional development andexplore specialisedareas. It is my hope
that I gain a graduate positioninorder to further my clinical skills andgive my patients the best possible
care.
Throughout this degree it has become clear to me that one of the greatest aspects of being a nurse is
in providing support, comfort and education to patients and family; I also find working collaborativelyin
a healthcare setting as part of an effective teamone of my big draws towards a career in nursing.
