and increase my expertise and experience. To be a part of a team that provides the best

EXPERIENCE
• Ephraim McDowell Fort Logan Hospital. Stanford, KY
November 2008 to present
Employed as a staff/charge nurse in the Acute Care setting and Medical/Surgical units
Responsibilities include the role of a clinical educator and charge nurse with responsibilities
include training and being a preceptor for new hires, current staff members on new
procedures and equipment, managing care of critically ill patients, pediatrics, hospice care
patients, manage swing bed patients and their activities, and medical- surgical patients.
Acquired experience in Emergency Department and in Women’s Health Unit. Achieve the
role as a Charge Nurse, October 2013. Functions as the chair person on the Professional
Nurse Development and Education Committee (PND&EC).

Employed as a Clinical Manager: Responsible for supervising field staff: consisting of
registered nurses (RN’s); physical therapists(PT’s); physical therapists assistants PTA’s;

Conferences. Monitored staff productivity and prepared assignments for the visiting staff.

Employed as the on-call and week-end staff nurse, managed and performed and provide
quality and skilled in-home patient care, which include wound care, intravenous therapy,
diabetic, cardiopulmonary care, and blood specimen collection.

April 2000 to January 2002.
Employed and worked as a staff nurse on the Surgical Medical floor. Responsibilities
include managing care of pediatrics, oncology and medical-surgical patients.
