THE SCHOOL
The first observation that can be made is that there
has been no correct treatment or methodology for
this group of students, which is the only school
group that has been removed and has been given
up for lost. Starting with the inefficiency of the
authorities that, as they must have the objective of
achieving that each student achieves school
success and, of course, the teachers who refuse to
mentor their students and the obstacles that do not
allow them to function in school.
6. ◆ Depth interview.
We can investigate all about Shameika Wallace for example their family, her
communication and relation with them also her responsibilities at home
that she should not due to her age, as she fulfills the role that should be her
mother, she has three younger children's that she feeds and practically
educates, economic condition, her friends, her minds, her dreams, her
problems, her home, etc.
We also inquired what would be the methods used by the teacher, Clark's
teaching method is to create a pleasant and happy environment for the
students so that they can better receive and retain the information provided
to them; to reach them, she used unusual methods doing everything
possible to make learning entertaining.

9. FINDINGS
With a qualitative research method such as in-depth interviews, free communication
without deviating from the interest of the interviewer at the Harlem School, without
inconveniencing the interviewee to understand the environment in which the educator and
the student operate.
Developed interviews with John Clark as the authority in the classroom, it turned out that
Shameika exhibited rejection behavior as a consequence of her experiences related to
people of different ages, the interview with Shameika implied her perspective of the new
teacher would see him disrespectfully and in need to make his life impossible and leave
the institution.
At the end of Master Clark's intervention, his intention and professionalism are clear, which
leads Shameika to achieve high scores in Mathematics and to be a candidate for the most
prestigious schools.

10. CONCLUSIONS
•According Gálvez. E, (2017) comments that: “Los
neuroeducadores dicen que se necesita emocionar para
aprender y afirman que nadie puede aprender si no está
motivado…”
•In class, Mr. Clark demonstrated this knowledge
through unconventional but effective interactions. This
is how he shows his professionalism with a disposition
that managed to change his students for the better.

11. RECOMMENDATIONS
11
•As a suggestion to the reader, we want you to look for the complement of this research
and, since we talk about teacher behavior to improve learning in school, we also hope to
investigate how parents' behavior should be in benefit of their children's learning.
•We recommend that all teachers carry out a self-analysis and conclude on the aspects
that should be improved and the aspects that should be enhanced when teaching.
•We also suggest, if you wish, to try other types of data collection methods, we know this
will enrich the research.
12. Thanks!
