Solely responsible for all accounts
Payroll, PAYE returns, Purchase and Sales ledgers, VAT
returns, invoice payments and sales receipts, banking, banking
reconciliation’s end of month figures including trail balance at
end of financial year. Making and receiving all telephone calls
relevant to the accounting side of the business.
Other duties include Secretary to two partners. Typing letters,
making & receiving calls on their behalf, filing, photocopying,
and keeping their diaries up to date.
Whilst in this position I have computerised all records using
Word and Excel and am currently using Sage Accounting
system. I completed a home study course in Book Keeping to
enable me to fully understand the procedures of my job.

This role is self-employed; where I obtain bookings for shows,
coach the host to be able to achieve the best results, revenue,
leading to free products. I demonstrate in front of 5-30 people
various recipes then showing them how and the benefits of my
kitchen utensils and stoneware. At then end of each show I
then collate the orders handle all the cash, cheques and credit
cards, deal with the banking of same. I have to go on online to
submit the orders. Deal with any queries and follow up on
leads for new bookings.

Solely responsible for co-ordinating residential and commercial
installations with a work force of eight technicians. This role
consisted of scheduling appointments for technicians by liasing
with internal network, surveyors and customers. Controlling
stock for both categories of installs as well as technicians
impress levels. This role was where the branch made the
majority of its income. The secondary role was processing all
paperwork e.g. invoices, expenses, timecards, banking, holiday
requests and sickness reports, stationary including various other
documentation to ensure the smooth running of the office for
30 staff. Producing statistical information for the manager,
spreadsheets for payroll, typing all correspondence for the
branch.

Supervising a team of four staff, training different aspects of
sales required for effective sales. Selling company services by
telephone and face to face. Budgeting for branch, compiling

and existing clients by telephone and face to face, recruiting
temporary staff by assessing their skills to be able to promote
