2. Introduction
• As owner of ENT Associates of Northwest Florida in
Pensacola, Dr. William B. Clark is a head and neck
surgeon who specializes in ear, nose, and throat
procedures. When not in the office, Dr. William B.
Clark supports several nonprofit organizations,
including the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation (CFF).
Aimed at curing cystic fibrosis (CF), CFF funds
research and drug development opportunities.
Established in 1955, the organization has
established care centers, supported CF-related
studies, educated elected officials on funding, and
hosted fundraising events.

3. Cystic Fibrosis Foundation
• Among its fundraisers, the CFF hosts the 65
Roses Golf Classic at different locations across
the country. Scheduled for November 23, 2015,
the Florida chapter’s event occurs at Heathrow
Country Club, which includes a Ron Garl-
designed course and George Fazio-designed
course. In its 14th year, the golf outing raises
funds to support CFF’s research and medical
programs. Attendees can participate in golf,
partake in dining on the course, and enjoy the
scheduled entertainment.
