Be careful with percents less than 1%.
Handle them the same way (move exactly
2 places).
Example: 0.3% = 0.003

2. Recall: To change a percent to a
decimal, move the decimal point two places
to the left (because percent means divided by
100)
Change each to a decimal:
1. .1%
.1% .001
2. .08%
.08% .0008
3. 0.24%
0.24% .0024

3. Recall: To change a percent to a fraction,
change to a decimal and then read it to make
it a fraction.
Change each to a fraction:
