Collaborative Filmmaker
Reliable crew member for a variety of production needs.
• Empathetic Leader. Directed a youth Film Camp for kids aged 6-12. Working
with the children required listening as well as instruction. The kids learned
quickly, made several videos and had a lot of fun.
• Skilled Editor. Edited Bryan Stow Benefit video featuring Bob Weir and Tim
Flannery. Compiled footage from five different cameras, which required detailed
color correction and reformatting techniques. The DVD was sold at SF Giants
games and featured on Dead.net.
• Avid Researcher. Listened to hundreds of songs in order to find just the right
music for GoBe.Me demo videos. Videos supported key meetings with initial
investors.
• Collaborative Filmmaker. Directed a documentary about Startup Weekend,
“Start Something”, with a crew of 20 at a three day, 150 person event. After
months of leading postproduction, screened the film at three events and was a lead
story with Women 2.0.
• Team Player. Co-founded a Community Supported Agriculture farm. The four of
us were communally responsible for every aspect of the business and helped feed
15 families over 18 weeks; Hasty Woods Farm still operates today with
community spirit at its core.
