4. What did we DO since
2012/2013?
• Lots and lots of presentations
• Pilots to get Dutch evidence
• Set up and optimize the Dutch programmes
(translations & procedures & helpdesk)
• Built our network – spread the word
• Set up a reseller network (support them with all
kinds of information, training, marketing tools,
scientific evidence, coaching)
6. What works?
- Lots and lots of presentations, explanations about
results
- Having Ambassadors
- Momentum: people have tried everything and are
looking for another way of changing behavior)
- BOGOA (buy one give one away)
- Walk the talk
7. What doesn’t work?
• Think it goes without saying if you've explained it
once (like we did to the account management of
VGZ)
• Start with a difficult group, always go for the low
hanging fruit
8. Who are using it now?
Different organisations, companies and individuals:
• Community health centres (GGD ZOB en Zeeland)
• Schools/teachers (Prodas)
• Civil servants (gemeente Tilburg)
• Companies (Philips)
• Chronically ill (Diabetes II patients)
• Unemployed (Community of Heerlen)
• Caregivers (steunpunt mantelzorg)
• Call center management (Teleperformance)
