In close cooperation with the Ukrainian company Parents Life, which is working in
the field of healthcare being focused on Assisted Reproductive Technologies, we
have developed a Business plan for the opening of Fertility and IVF Center in
Ukraine. The Business plan was developed in close cooperation with the existing
representatives of relevant government authorities, opinion leaders and industry
experts in the field of reproductive medicine in Ukraine, and aims make a
contribution to the struggling for preservation of good health of the Ukrainian
nation.

Despite the constant conflict in between Israel and Gaza Strip, the Kerem
Shalom crossing remained open even during the recent Operation Protective
Edge, and the flow of food into the Gaza Strip continues.
We invite prospective donors to stand beside the Group in order to achieve the
goal below mentioned to maintain the steadfastness of the Palestinian people.

In light of the above, we have launched a number of charitable projects and
personal efforts to deliver food to people of Gaza Strip who are truly in need of
assistance they do not receive. So they need to be helped and supported, and relief
continuously even they stand a chance in the face of a pain. Such projects includes
delivery of Ukrainian wheat, flour, and vegetable oil to the Palestinian families to
help poor families, and those affected by the recent war. We hope to collect
donations from the owners of generosity and kindness and tender in order to
collect the amounts for the purchase of food needs and distributed to needy
families affected by the war and have lost their homes partially or completely.

because of lack of money. When no other treatments are available, a seriously ill
patients might survive.
