amongst students and staff:”

So we know that you come from a scientific background… here at BU; we have a
diverse student body, with each individual having a unique set of skills and studying a
range of different courses. Baring this in mind, what are your thoughts on applying
creativity in ones career, and why do you feel its necessary?
During your career, what have you done that you consider truly creative?
Of your creative accomplishments, what gave you the most satisfaction and why?
How can students/staff improve their level of creativity?
How can students use creativity to make writing enjoyable?
How does creativity and innovation differ?
How can creativity be beneficial within a work environment, or to the individual
person?
What inspires you?
How can a person identify unlock or identify their creative talents?
From your experience, what was the most impressive thing you’ve seen from another
individual, that was particularly creative/ sparked inspiration for you?
To sum up, give us your definition of creativity in a few words.
Any additional questions/notes??

7. Creativity Video:
The video will be roughly 3-5minutes in length.
The video will begin with instrumental background music and visual
inspiration/stimuli at the beginning. Its purpose will be to encourage and inspire
students and stuff into thinking more creatively and outside of the box.
Questions to ask students/teachers:
What is creativity?
What inspires you?
What changes do you feel could be made in the university to spark creativity amongst
students/ staff members??
Open option to discuss in video:
We understand that some individuals can appear more creative than others, with their
thinking styles. Although most believe that creativity is given, and that by chance
some are naturally more creative than others, is it possible to teach creativity?? Can
thinking habits be nurtured and developed?? If so, how?
Can lecturers adapt their teaching habits to encourage divergent thinking?
(For staff from the School of Tourism)
Do you believe creativity can be taught?
How can changes be made within lectures/seminars to encourage creative responses
from students??
How would their response differ, when questions are tailored to have more than one
answer rather than yes/no answers?
8. Campaign Promotion:
The campaign will be promoted through online social media feeds, posters around the
university campus, and word of mouth. The creativity video will be used as
