- So, Sir Branson encapsulates what we believe. DEI is the RIGHT thing to do and the SMART thing to do. In the past few years, we have seen in this country react to terrible injustices – including the murder of George Floyd and this has led to even more attention from a wide variety of stakeholders. We also see the country’s demographics are becoming more diverse which will means that the most inclusive and equity companies will attract the most talented workforce.. A focus on your organization’s values, how you manage your workforce and even how you spend your money are critical to remain competitive. The good news is that we believe its both a business imperative and an advantage.
- WELCOME WELCOME WELCOME TO THE JUNE EDITION OF THE dei LEADER NETWORK. Diversity Works created the DEI Leader Network because we have found that the role of DEI professional can be a lonely one. Unless you're lucky enough to have a team, DEI leaders often shoulder an enormous amount of responsibility on a tough topic. This Network is intended to give DEI leaders and those interested in learning more a community to lean on and learn from. We host a monthly live event every third Thursday and archive our events on our YouTube channel. Diversity Works is a woman-owned and led firm that helps you maximize the return on your investment. We do a deep dive to understand your business and provide actionable recommendations.

What are your goals? What are you finding difficult? Where are your challenges? What insight did you have into the break-out group? Inspiring to share?
- This is an example of how we distill our work into an actionable list. From left to right we have the timeframe – the “realization horizon”. In other words, everything is important but realistically some things will take longer or fall lower on the priority list. From top to bottom, we have the level of complexity to help you identify quick wins that you can report back to your team and share in some early successes.
