Earphones can cause Life Threatening Accidents!
When a driver wears headphones he or she may be unable to hear the
following:
Car horns from other vehicle
Emergency vehicle sirens
Alarms for crosswalks
Railroad crossing alarms
This decreased awareness and limited
hearing can make a driver cause an
accident that severely harms another
innocent driver.
