 In vivo – It involves study of effect of drug
on whole or entire animal

 In Vitro – It involves study of effect of drugs on
isolated tissue, organs of animals

9.  DEFINITION
 Dissection -
“ Dissection means process exposure
of organs of body by using dissecting instruments ”

10.  DEFINITION
 Isolation –
“ Isolation means complete separation
of tissue, organs outside the body.”
