o In charge of the strategy of rural access to Internet and telephone services for 2,000 people in Puno.
o Execution of a house improvement project in Arequipa, Cusco, Lima, Chimbote Chincha that benefited
more than 6,000 people directly.
o Creator of the Scholarship Plan with SENATI for 150 people annually, 347 to benefit this year
(technical education for young adults in rural areas of Puno, Tacna, Chimbote and Arequipa).
o Responsible with TASA (the leading producer of fishmeal and fish oil worldwide) for the
communication strategy to enhance reputation that increased sales by 20% for human consumption.

o In charge of monitoring and official reports for donor agencies (CIDA Canada, Germany GIZ,

o Advisor to the Permanent Council of OAS member States to write the Inter-American Program of Civil
Registry and the Right to Identity, adopted unanimously by the General Assembly in 2008.
o Creation of the birth record system for rural hospitals in El Salvador interconnected with
municipalities and registry institutions, achieving 90% of birth registration.
o In charge of projects in slum areas of Lima (Manchay, Huaycán and San Juan de Lurigancho). 15,500
beneficiaries and 2 million people aware on the importance of formalization. The Peruvian Civil Registry
received the United Nations Public Service Award due to these projects.
o In charge of relations with media, awareness and communication campaigns.
o Creation and execution of a system of records and data reconstruction destroyed by Shining Path in
rural areas of Huancavelica (80,000 beneficiaries).
o Assistance in improving operational security systems in information transfer and integration of databases
in Bolivia, Guatemala, Paraguay and Haiti (US $ 20,000,000 and more than 14 million digitized records).
