BRECA CORPORATE GROUP, Lima, Perú
Project manager. Aporta, in charge of the Corporate Social Responsability (CSR) strategy for the companies
of the Group. March 2012 – April 2015.
o Creating value chain model for businesses (Michael Porter) according to the Malcolm Baldbrige
management model: identifying critical issues and proposing positioning plans.
o Creation of the projects evaluation system and communication strategy of CSR actions and improving
Corporate Governance.

o Execution of a house improvement project in Arequipa, Cusco, Lima, Chimbote Chincha that benefited
more than 6,000 people directly.
o Creator of the Scholarship Plan with SENATI for 150 people annually, 347 to benefit this year
(technical education for young adults in rural areas of Puno, Tacna, Chimbote and Arequipa).
o Responsible with TASA (the leading producer of fishmeal and fish oil worldwide) for the
communication strategy to enhance reputation that increased sales by 20% for human consumption.

o Creation of the birth record system for rural hospitals in El Salvador interconnected with

o In charge of projects in slum areas of Lima (Manchay, Huaycán and San Juan de Lurigancho). 15,500
