2. World Wide Web or Web in short is an information system on the internet which lets
documents to be connected to other documents by hyperlinks, allowing the user to look
for information by moving from one to another.
3. Web was invented by a British Scientist called Tim Berners-Lee in 1989. Growing up with
parents who are computer scientists, you could tell where he got his talents from. After
graduating from Oxford University, Berners-Lee became a software engineer at CERN; the
largest physics laboratory, near Geneva, Switzerland were scientists work hand in hand to
increase the human knowledge of the universe. He created it after seeing the struggle his co-
workers around the globe faced when trying to share information to and fro computers in
CERN.
4. Web tools are web interface that allows you to add contents of your desire to your
website with least technical knowledge's. It keeps records of data and archive of web
content including text messages, video and audio.

5. Web 1.0 is basically for read-only meaning users passively gets information without being
given the opportunity to give feedbacks, make comments or to post reviews. There is
limited interactions between the users and the website.
