4. WHY THIS
TRAINING?
Current ways of organizing work seem unfit for the future and we
are exploring new ways: flat (as in distributed), transparent and
agile! HR has an important role in guiding the organization in this
transition. Moreover, current HR themes & tools need a drastic
revision to support the agile organization and it is about time to
reflect on the impact this transition has on the role of HR.
Brief summary:
How will the organization of the future look like? How can HR
support the organization in the transition from a traditional to an
agile organization? What impact does ‘becoming more agile’ have on
current HR-themes & tooling, for example on recruitment, learning &
development, performance management and reorganizations? Which HR-
roles are needed during the phase of transition and which roles are
needed in the organization of the future? And: how can HR embrace
agile ways of working and apply the basics in its own practices?
In this online training program we will dive deeper into these
questions, each module divided in an inspirational part, an active
work session (using agile and design thinking methodologies such as
sprints, user stories, retrospectives etc. to improve the real life
experience) and moments of reflection.
Get inspired by new perspectives & frameworks, experiences and
insights from other organizations and discover how and where you
can start to get the organization, HR and yourself moving!
It’s a great time to be in HR!
5. WHAT WILL YOU
TAKE HOME?
A refreshing and holistic perspective on Future HR & Agile
Organizations and practical and a ‘ready-to-use’ framework
(recipe) to get HR and the organization ready for the future…
We will hand you the necessary ingredients, you need to
discover what recipes fits your organization best!
Visual working:
Moreover, we love visualizations and making stuff tangible and
concrete. That’s why we work with –self developed- canvases
and thought models.
During the offline training we use flip charts, during the
online edition we use various tools where we can doodle and
draw!
