Signature Sites & Incentives is a meeting planning company specializing in worldwide
venue site selection and contract negotiations at no cost to our clients. We work with
corporations, government agencies, associations, social organizations, and more, to find
meeting and incentive program locations, negotiating the best rates possible with Hotels
as well as any additional needs such as Destination Management services, all while
keeping in mind our client’s best interests. With years of experience in both hotel and
destination management sales, you benefit from our inside knowledge.
Signature Sites & Incentives provides a multitude of services to help save you time and
money, some of which include the following:
 RFP processing & the collection of proposals
 Proposal presentation in a comparison manner
 Site research & organized inspections
 Contract negotiations including, but not limited to, rates, terms and concessions
 Contract review and suggestions for changes/improvements
 Research of your past group performance, if not known
 Budgeting
 Attrition assistance
 Destination management vendor selection such as transportation, activities,
theme décor, and entertainment
Signature Sites & Incentives receives a placement fee from the hotel, after your
program has concluded. This fee does not compromise your rate, food & beverage
costs, concessions, etc.
Let us know your timeframe, and we will get to work! We provide our services for any
program requiring a minimum of ten (10) hotel rooms for a minimum of one (1) night.
Signature handles meetings and events ranging from small meetings, incentives and
hotel room only groups, to large conventions and citywide events. We look forward to
