The software is developed for known handheld devices certified for zone 1 and 2. The solution
enables your personnel to electronically register all observations/non-conformities during
inspection. Afterwards the information is uploaded to the maintenance system.
The RFID chip is mounted as your guarantee of the inspector’s
presence. The first time the chip is mounted, it is associated to
the tag number. The next time, it is automatically recognised.

SafeEx can be integrated with almost any maintenance system, e.g. SAP, AMOS, SIS,
IFS etc. The optimal solution for integrating SafeEx only requires the standard inter-
face already installed in your ERP System. The object for the interface is to access
and update equipment and maintenance work orders. This makes it possible to do
advanced integration flows, for example you can set a requirement of manual review
of data from SafeEx before transfer. Each type of integration is set up individually
depending on needs and requirements.
