3. INTRODUCTION
The Case “Repairing jobs that fails to satisfy” means when the managers
or owners of an organization are unable to get the satisfied performance
from their employees which actually affects the outcomes of the
organizations and its productivity. It did not meet with their
organizational goals then it fail to satisfy then what an organization need
to do at that point of time what necessary steps needs to be taken to
make it satisfy and meets the organization goals. It is not only for an
organization but it is also for an employees to whom jobs did not meet
with their satisfaction so,we can say this case is all about the job
satisfaction.
4. The Secenario
The case is about a large laptop and computer repairing and maintainance firm
that operates in most metros and large cities in india.It came into existence
when large no. of people owing personal computers and thus needed repairing
and maintainance services.
Tilak Gupta who has been a regional manager in the company for about 2 yrs
but she is not happy with the way things are going,she thinks problem is that
employees are not motivated to provide the type of customer services so, she
did surveys to collect information and after that she found that 60% customers
are satisfied with its service, 40% customers are not satisfied,30% said they will
use competitors next time.
