Attendee List Pod

2. Attendee List pod in Adobe Connect Professional The Attendee List pod shows who is logged in to a meeting.
3. Attendee List pod in Adobe Connect Professional As new participants log in to the meeting room, their names appear in the list.
4. About the Attendees… Hosts and presenters appear first…then the names of participants.
9. Attendee status… Click on the My status bar or dropdown arrow and make a selection according to what you want to communicate (ie: Thumbs up to let the Presenter know you like what they’re saying!)
10. Attendee status… Don’t forget to clear your status again later by clicking on the dropdown and selecting Clear my status
11. Set user role… If you are a Host , you can use the Set User Role function to change the role of an attendee.
12. Pod options… The Pod options dropdown allows hosts to give participants the right to use selected pods
13. Pod options… The Pod options dropdown also allows hosts to change a user’s name and, remove a user from the meeting.
14. Pod options… And a host can clear a user’s status and directly invite participants to the meeting.

The following instructions for using the Pod options button are valid only if you are a designated Host in the meeting… 1 . Change Enhanced Participants Rights A host can give a participant the right to control selected pods without promoting them to Presenter or Host roles. To do this; Highlight participant’s name from Attendee List pod Click Pod options Select the pod required for control by participant Click OK 2. Edit user info… If you have two people with the same name in the meeting, you can change the names to allow each to be distinguishable. To do this; Highlight the participant’s name in the Attendee List Click on Pod options Click on Edit user info and type the name change into the space provided. Then click OK. 3. Remove selected user… The Host can remove a participant from a meeting. A guest participant can reenter a meeting room only with the approval of a presenter. A registered user can reenter the meeting room without approval. To deny reentry to a registered user, you need to remove the user from the list of meeting attendees in Breeze Manager . If you wish to remove a participant from the meeting; Highlight the participant’s name in the Attendee List Click on Pod options Select Remove Selected User from the Pod options dropdown 4. Clear user status… If you wish to clear a participant’s user status; Highlight the participant’s name in the Attendee List Click on Pod options Select Clear user status 5. Invite participants… You can invite more participants to the meeting via the Pod options button. To do this; Click on Pod options Go to Invite participants . The URL for the meeting will appear in the URL space. Click on Compose email Type in the required participant’s email address and send . 6. Show connection status… A host can configure the network connection status indicators (small bars indicating connection strength next to attendees names in Attendee List) to be on or off during a meeting. If the option is not selected, connection status is hidden for users in the meeting. To do this; Click on Pod options button Select Show connection status
