INSTRUCTIONS
Have everyone stand in a tight circle. Everyone
must grab a hand from two different people.
Untangle the messy knot without letting go of
anybody’s hand.
Create roles for everyone that might appear
on a movie set (director, producer, sound
person, camera person). Have a cycle set up
so everybody get to play every role. Film one
person’s story, and then rotate.
BENEFITS
BENEFITS
This icebreaker gets everybody involved. It
cannot be completed without collaboration or
delegation. It also gets everybody out of their
chairs and moving around.
Gives everybody something to do, allowing
you to focus on helping the student being
filmed instead of trying to keep track of
everybody else. Downplays the role of being
filmed, which can be intimidating for many
students.
