Our company have been doing our OHSA training with DNA Petroleum Consultants PTY
LTD recently and have found their methods of training given to our management and staff to
be very effective. They have changed the behaviour of our team. Our employees are more
aware and proactive towards all safety measures now. They are now able to identify risk with
ease. This makes our working environment much safer to work in. Our staff are now more
aware of the importance of wearing PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). They regularly
check the fire equipment and report any faulty fire extinguishers and hoses. Our management
does fire drills at least once a month now. DNA Petroleum Consultants training has really
changed the mindset of our staff. Their training programme has made our staff more
competent and has taught them teamwork. It has taught them to take responsibility for their
own actions. Our customer service has improved greatly. This new attitude has brought us
more customers and an increase in sales. Our premises are also much more cleaner now
which attracts more customers.
This training has not only taught our staff about health and safety etc, but has made our
clients much more happier.
