This is a social media plan I developed while consulting for a local TV station who was curious about how to leverage social media platforms and the translation to real world value. This document was successfully used to secure a major funding initiative with the bank.

Tactics
Week 1/Phase 1
Create LOOK TV social media sites: including Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, YouTube, Blogger, etc.
Make initial contact with influencers, and set appointments to establish working relationships and strategy
Meet with David and Elton to review current social initiatives with LOOK News/Play‐By‐Play Sports
Week 2/Phase 2
Include links to all major influencer’s blogs and publications (in Saratoga) to our social media network
Include links to LOOK TV / LOOK NEWS content on the influencer’s social media sites
Send emails related to the move to Saratoga through Constant Contact, including links for “joining” our social
media sites
Verify influencers are sending out LOOK TV related content prior to broadcasts
Week 3 / Phase 3
Execute promotional campaigns related to the launch of LOOK TV Saratoga through our social media with the
assistances of our influencers to extend our reach with their followers
Provide broadcast time to influencers to help initiate a call to action with their followers
Review campaign progress and develop strategy for additional revenue sources
