CONTEXT :
• Construction of a water treatment
plant on the Petrochina industrial site
in Chengdu
• Objective : The restricted water
resources and the regulatory
discharge limits, particularly on the
COD, led the company to reuse close
to one third of its wastewater from its
plant which will treat 60.000 m3/d
• Commissioning on going
DESIGN :
• Oxyblue™ is intended to improved the reliability of
the functioning of membrane ultrafiltration and
reverse osmosis stages and to treat the osmosis
concentrate produced for discharge into the
natural environment
• Respective treatment capacity : 1 600 m3/h and
430 m3/h

REUSE 1010 Oxyblue™ Case study : PETROCHINA, CHENGDU, CHINA CONTEXT : • Construction of a water treatment plant on the Petrochina industrial site in Chengdu • Objective : The restricted water resources and the regulatory discharge limits, particularly on the COD, led the company to reuse close to one third of its wastewater from its plant which will treat 60.000 m3/d • Commissioning on going DESIGN : • Oxyblue™ is intended to improved the reliability of the functioning of membrane ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis stages and to treat the osmosis concentrate produced for discharge into the natural environment • Respective treatment capacity : 1 600 m3/h and 430 m3/h
