7. The Warranty and Assurance Department develops and issues
both Standard Inspection Reports, and Standard Survey Reports,
according to the specific need of the client. A Preliminary
Findings Document is issued within 48 hours of completion of
the survey/inspection. Final documents issue within 5 business
days of completed survey/inspection.

10. The Dynamic Positioning Department serves both the Client / Vessel need
through comprehensive document review and assessment, gauged against
the most current Class Society and industry standard guidelines and
recommendations. Following review, DP systems are thoroughly inspected
and function tested according to applicable requirements.
FMEA Upgrade Testing Reports, and Trials Testing Reports (both Annual and
Proving) are custom tailored to meet Vessel specific criteria with regard to
Class Society, Flag State, Customer and Mission Critical requirements.
Standard Annual Trials Reports, Qualification Surveys, and System Upgrade
Trials reports are developed, executed, written and published according to
the industry standard IMO– MSC – 645 – Guidelines for Vessels with Dynamic
Positioning Systems. A Closing Comments Document is issued to the vessel
upon completion of testing. Closing Comments Document includes
preliminary findings as a result of testing, with a Recommendations Closeout
Table listing any discrepancy, fault or failure experienced during the Trials.
Final Draft version of documents issue for Client review within 5 business
days of Trials completion. Documents publish within 5 business days from
completed Customer Review.

Offshore Vessel Inspection
Database (OVID), furthering the
ability to obtain standardized
inspections specific to Offshore
Vessels worldwide.
