PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
In this project the files for prepaid customers across all circles come from IN (Intelligence
Network) via mediation are rated as per rate plan, duration of call, distance etc., which are finally
loaded in the PODS database under three different categories of OCC, GPRS, RECHARGE, SMS &
DATA having different credentials such as CDR has call related information, Customer Satisfaction
for Crystal CRM. By reducing the response time to fetch the subscriber usage date from Prepaid ODS
and also the data latency will be reduced due to faster loading of data into Prepaid ODS from the point
the CDR file is cut by the network element.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-
• Provide Production Support in 24/7 support environment and resolve Production issues.
• Providing the support in L2 level depending on the priority of the issues to meet client SLA.
• Involving on customer tickets and analyzing the root cause.
• Experience on SQL loader which involved on the application
• Regular monitoring of cleanup of logs / unwanted backups etc.
• Interaction with the Client & end users on the requirements.
• Define workflow for the L2 and L3 Support activities.
• Preparation of Documentation of the Applications.
