2. Over 10 years ago, I found out that I had extremely
high levels of mercury in my body. There were no
obvious reasons other than possible improper
removal of several mercury amalgams (fillings) and
high tuna consumption.
After getting treatment, I have changed my diet and
exposures and completed 2 cleanses per year.

3. I began testing my nutrition clients and found that
most of them also had high toxin levels without
having any idea or any major symptom(s).

4. Our bodies are meant to remove toxins naturally, but
with such high levels of so many toxins these days, our
bodies can’t handle the amount and are unable to do
it naturally. This causes a buildup of toxins and
internal inflammation in the body, which is one of the
main reasons we develop cancer, heart disease,
diabetes and autoimmune disease.
This cleanse concentrates on decreasing the

19. Don’t Fall into these Traps
• I just have normal symptoms, such as
constipation, headaches, fatigue and
bloating. Everyone has those. I don’t need a
detox.
• If my lab work is normal, then I am healthy
and do not need a detox.
• I eat pretty well most of the time, so I don’t
need to detox.

processed foods, fast food, and sugar.
