1. Dawn Angelique Roberts is an award winning communications professional,
business owner, health and fitness advocate, race director, accomplished athlete and
USA Track & Field (USATF) Running Coach. Dawn Angelique is a professional with a
purpose.
Respected by both clients and colleagues alike, Dawn was recognized by The
Philadelphia Tribune newspaper as one of the People to Watch Under 40 and as an
Influential African American leader in the community. She was a recipient of the
DeAnn White Award for Community Service, presented by the Philadelphia Chapter
of the Public Relations Society of America.
Dawn’s warm and gracious demeanor is embodied in her demonstrated passion for
her profession. For over ten years, she taught journalism and public relations
courses at Delaware State University, Lincoln University and Temple University.
She is the former associate member representative for the National Association of
Black Journalists, former president of the Philadelphia Chapter of National Black
Public Relations Society and member of the Philadelphia Association of Black
Journalists.
Currently Dawn serves as managing partner of Elite Access Running, LLC, a full
service running company that specializes in public relations, social media, coaching
services, pace team coordination, race management and destination travel
coordination for athletes, organizations and races.
Previous and current clients include the Philadelphia Marathon, Bermuda Marathon
Weekend and the Love Run Half Marathon. Dawn serves as the race director for the
National Association of Black Journalists (NABJ) Annual 5K Run/Walk/Ride, high
school Track & Field Coach and as a volunteer running coach for the American
Cancer Society, DeterminNation program, Dawn runs and coaches others to make a
difference in the fight against cancer.

2. An avid runner since high school, Dawn and her teammates were state champions
for four years straight in cross country, indoor and outdoor track. She was afforded
the opportunity to attend college on a track scholarship at Delaware State College,
now university, where she had the opportunity to continue on winning teams.
Dawn, a proud two-time marathoner has run over a dozen half marathons, numerous
10 milers, 10k’s, 5k’s and mile races.
Happy to serve and encourage other athletes to reach their running goals, Dawn
serves as a running coach and race pacer for beginning and experienced runners of
all ages.
Dawn’s race management experience includes serving as an ambassador and
consultant for races and marathons around the country and internationally.
A native of Philadelphia, Dawn enjoys all things running and enjoys encouraging and
teaching others the values of healthy living and active lifestyles.
