I
had
the
pleasure
of
supervising
Mr.
David
Tracey
during
the
academic
year
2006
–
2007
where
he
worked
as
a
student
technician
for
our
helpdesk
services
at
St.
Bonaventure
University.
David
was
a
very
reliable
individual
who
really
knew
his
stuff
when
it
came
to
technology.
While
David
worked
for
our
helpdesk
some
of
his
responsibilities
included
such
tasks
as
troubleshooting
computer
hardware
and
software
issues
both
over
the
phone
and
walk
in
troubles
as
well.
He
would
also
perform
routine
software
installs
and
hardware
fixes
for
computers
owned
by
the
university
across
campus.
Dave
was
proficient
in
both
Windows
and
Macintosh
operating
systems
but
Macintosh
support
was
definitely
his
area
of
expertise.
It
is
without
hesitation
that
I
would
recommend
David
Tracey
to
any
technology
related
employment
that
he
is
applying
for
with
your
company.
He
would
be
a
tremendous

a

and
