Hello, my name is David Krueger and I am the best candidate who is formally applying for the
maintenance technician position that you are currently advertising. I am more than capable of
handling the responsibilities of this position. From 2001-2003 I was the maintenance supervisor
& also the interim property manager for a 168 unit, 12 building, 2 bedroom apartment
complex. Currently, I am employed by Ogden & Company as the onsite, on call, manager-
maintenance person in charge of all daily operations of a 60 unit 2 building luxury apartment
complex on the North West side of Milwaukee.
I have an Associate’s Degree in “Management Development” through MATC’s online degree
program. The emphasis of my studies were focused on “Property Management” & “Supervisory
Management”. I accomplished this goal by utilizing MATC’s accelerated degree program.
I possess a positive attitude and a winning personality, which makes me very easy to get along
with, as well as to work for. I am well equipped to handle all aspects of the property
maintenance field to include but not limited to; Turnovers, dry wall repair, painting, plumbing,
carpentry, electrical work, tile work, roofing, masonry, plus HVAC knowledge. I possess
common sense and I am capable of many other hands on maintenance techniques as well as
practicing preventative measures.
