Why Consumer Purchase Health Insurance_Oct15
1. Understanding attitudes and behaviors
of the health insurance purchaser
Just released: The Shopper’s Voice®
health insurance survey results
Epsilon has completed a nationwide survey that provides insights into the choices consumers make when
shopping for and buying health insurance. We already provide a 360-degree view of a health insurance consumer,
including information on demographics, financials, life stage, health conditions, and buying behaviors, but this
new insight will enable more effective creative, better segmentation, and improved marketing.
We’d love to share our results with you! To learn more, please contact David Koterba at 614 327 7495 or david.koterba@epsilon.com
Results show the power of emotion
One key finding from this survey shows an
important and often overlooked fact: Emotion
plays a much larger role in a consumer’s health
insurance decision than previously thought.
