Priority copper targets identified at Nanadie Well Project, WA
 Three priority copper targets identified from recent review of historic data
 Targets have potential to increase size and grade of Nanadie Well Deposit (151Kt copper metal)
and discover new mineralised positions
 Additional prospective features including surface copper – gold anomalies and historic gold
workings also identified
 Field programs currently underway
 Review to identify further priority copper targets over Mithril’s adjacent Copper Hills Project to
commence shortly
 Drill testing of priority targets on both projects planned for the second half of 2014
Mithril Resources Ltd (ASX: MTH) is pleased to advise that it has identified three priority drill targets at its
Nanadie Well Copper Project located 100 kilometres southeast of Meekatharra in Western Australia (Figure 1)
and that field programs consisting of geological mapping and rock chip sampling are currently underway.
The project hosts the Nanadie Well Copper Deposit (“Nanadie Well”) where a 2004 JORC Code Compliant
Inferred Resource of 36.07Mt @ 0.42% copper (151,506 tonnes copper) was estimated by Intermin Resources
Limited (“Intermin” - ASX: IRC) in September 2013*.
Within the deposit, higher grade copper intervals (up to 7.7% over 1m) typically occur within a broad continuous
zone of disseminated and vein style mineralisation within a mafic host sequence. Resampling of historic drill holes
by Mithril indicate that elevated levels of gold (up to 2.37g/t), nickel (up to 0.82%), cobalt (up to 0.15%), and
Platinum Group Elements (up to 477ppb platinum + palladium) are also present (ASX Announcement dated 18
December 2013).
The deposit remains open in all directions and was defined by RC drilling only. The resource was estimated over
900 metres strike length from just below the surface (< 5m) to a maximum depth of 220 metres and with a true
width estimate varying between 50 – 150 metres.
*Refer to Intermin Resources’ ASX Announcement “Initial Resource Estimate for the Nanadie Well Cu-Au Project” dated 19
September 2013.
The information pertaining to the Nanadie Well Copper Deposit Inferred Resource was prepared and first disclosed by
Intermin Resources under the JORC Code 2004. It has not been updated since to comply with the JORC Code 2012 on the basis
that the information has not materially changed since it was last reported.

A newly completed review by Mithril has identified a number of targets within the Nanadie Well area that have
the strong potential to not only increase the size and grade of the deposit, but delineate additional positions of
copper and gold mineralisation within close proximity to it (Figure 2).
Target Details
Existing high-grade copper drill intercepts at Nanadie Well appear to be associated with north-west trending fault
zones, which if confirmed by follow-up drilling, would represent a positive development in the search for
continuous high-grade copper zones within the current boundaries of the deposit.
As shown on Figures 3 and 4, a target has been identified within the central portion of the deposit where a
number of high-grade intercepts adjacent to a northwest fault zone require further drill testing.
A second target area lies to the north of the deposit where the existing copper mineralisation is interpreted to
extend for at least 700 metres (Figure 3). The target is completely under thin soil cover and only a single line of
holes have been completed across the target. These holes, drilled by Intermin in 2005, are located 500m north of
the deposit and successfully intersected shallow copper mineralisation - 17m @ 0.50% copper from 24 metres in
NRC05094 and 12m @ 0.47% copper from 57 metres in NRC05117 (Figure 5).
A third target lies immediately east of the Nanadie Well Deposit (Figure 6) where a strong geophysical (IP
chargeability) anomaly has been defined over 300 metres of strike and is completely under thin soil cover.
Shallow drilling approximately 100 metres to the north along strike of this target intersected anomalous copper
(3m @ 0.34% copper from 15 metres in NRC04014) within mafic rocks interpreted to be similar to those that host
the Nanadie Well mineralisation.
The IP anomaly which has never been drill tested is significant given that it is equivalent to the IP chargeability
anomaly that “maps” the copper mineralisation at Nanadie Well.
A combination of reverse circulation and diamond drilling is being planned to test the targets, the details of which
will be finalised once field checking is completed and all statutory work approvals have been received.
In addition to the three primary targets, the Company’s review has also identified a number of other prospective
features within the broader project area which are being evaluated. These include zones of bedrock and surface
copper – gold anomalism and historic gold workings.
Comment
These are the first targets generated by Mithril since the Company entered into an agreement with Intermin
Resources Limited (“Intermin” - ASX: IRC) in late 2013 on the Nanadie Well Copper Project where Mithril can
earn up to a 75% interest in the project by completing expenditure of $4M over 6 years (ASX Announcement
dated 6 December 2014 and see Figure 1).
The Company has also entered into an agreement with Doray Minerals Limited (“Doray” - ASX: DRM) where
Mithril can earn up to an 80% interest in the adjacent Copper Hills Project (ASX Announcement dated 20
December 2014 and see Figure 1) by completing expenditure of $1M over four years. The agreement was
conditional upon Mithril completing due diligence within 90 days after the signing of the agreement which has
now been satisfactorily completed.
The 160km² Copper Hills Project is highly prospective for the discovery of polymetallic (i.e. copper – gold – silver –
zinc) Volcanic Massive Sulphide (VMS) mineralisation as well as shear hosted lode gold deposits and Mithril will
shortly commence a detailed review of the Copper Hills Project similar to that undertaken at Nanadie Well.

Section 1: Sampling Techniques and Data
Criteria JORC Code explanation Commentary
Sampling
techniques
Nature and quality of sampling (e.g. cut channels, random
chips, or specific specialised industry standard
measurement tools appropriate to the minerals under
investigation, such as down hole gamma sondes, or
handheld XRF instruments, etc.). These examples should not
be taken as limiting the broad meaning of sampling.
Historic RC drilling referred to in this Report was undertaken by
Intermin Resources over the period 2004 – 2005, and 2011 - 2012.
Intermin sampled drill holes as follows:
4m composite RC drill samples were taken by using a PVC spear
(75mm diameter) being thrust to the bottom of the green plastic
RC bag with 1 scoop per sample taken.
Additionally 1m single splits were taken off the rig mounted
cyclone/splitter unit. These were placed on top of the green
plastic RC drill bags and ultimately gathered and sent to the
laboratory after the 4m composite results were known. Single
samples deemed to have little Cu or Au were not assayed. The
splitter/cyclone was routinely cleaned to avoid sample
contamination.
Include reference to measures taken to ensure sample
representivity and the appropriate calibration of any
measurement tools or systems used.
The collar locations of Intermin drill holes have been verified and
confirmed by Mithril personnel using a handheld GPS (+/- 5m
accuracy)
Aspects of the determination of mineralisation that are
Material to the Public Report. In cases where ‘industry
standard’ work has been done this would be relatively
simple (e.g. ‘reverse circulation drilling was used to obtain 1
m samples from which 3 kg was pulverised to produce a 30
g charge for fire assay’). In other cases more explanation
may be required, such as where there is coarse gold that
has inherent sampling problems. Unusual commodities or
mineralisation types (e.g. submarine nodules) may warrant
disclosure of detailed information.
Intermin’s 2004 – 2005 RC drill samples were submitted to Ultra
Trace Laboratories Pty Ltd in Perth for sample preparation and
analysis.
Intermin’s 2011 – 2012 RC drill samples were submitted to Aurum
Laboratories Pty Ltd in Perth for sample preparation and analysis.
Following sample preparation, a representative 50g sub-sample
was submitted for copper and gold analysis by Aqua Regia with an
ICPMS finish. Detection limit for Cu was 5ppm, Au 0.01 ppm.
Random 50g Fire Assays (with ICPMS finish) were also taken to
check the initial Aqua Regia gold analytical results. Standards and
Blanks were used with satisfactory results on all elements.

Meekatharra copper exploration update

  • 1. 58 King William Road T: (61 8) 8378 8200 ASX Code: MTH Goodwood, South Australia, 5034 F: (61 8) 8378 8299 Issued Shares: 252,557,750 Page 1 of 12 www.mithrilresources.com.au E: admin@mithrilresources.com.au Market Capitalisation: $3.54 million Priority copper targets identified at Nanadie Well Project, WA  Three priority copper targets identified from recent review of historic data  Targets have potential to increase size and grade of Nanadie Well Deposit (151Kt copper metal) and discover new mineralised positions  Additional prospective features including surface copper – gold anomalies and historic gold workings also identified  Field programs currently underway  Review to identify further priority copper targets over Mithril’s adjacent Copper Hills Project to commence shortly  Drill testing of priority targets on both projects planned for the second half of 2014 Mithril Resources Ltd (ASX: MTH) is pleased to advise that it has identified three priority drill targets at its Nanadie Well Copper Project located 100 kilometres southeast of Meekatharra in Western Australia (Figure 1) and that field programs consisting of geological mapping and rock chip sampling are currently underway. The project hosts the Nanadie Well Copper Deposit (“Nanadie Well”) where a 2004 JORC Code Compliant Inferred Resource of 36.07Mt @ 0.42% copper (151,506 tonnes copper) was estimated by Intermin Resources Limited (“Intermin” - ASX: IRC) in September 2013*. Within the deposit, higher grade copper intervals (up to 7.7% over 1m) typically occur within a broad continuous zone of disseminated and vein style mineralisation within a mafic host sequence. Resampling of historic drill holes by Mithril indicate that elevated levels of gold (up to 2.37g/t), nickel (up to 0.82%), cobalt (up to 0.15%), and Platinum Group Elements (up to 477ppb platinum + palladium) are also present (ASX Announcement dated 18 December 2013). The deposit remains open in all directions and was defined by RC drilling only. Target Details Existing high-grade copper drill intercepts at Nanadie Well appear to be associated with north-west trending fault zones, which if confirmed by follow-up drilling, would represent a positive development in the search for continuous high-grade copper zones within the current boundaries of the deposit. As shown on Figures 3 and 4, a target has been identified within the central portion of the deposit where a number of high-grade intercepts adjacent to a northwest fault zone require further drill testing. A second target area lies to the north of the deposit where the existing copper mineralisation is interpreted to extend for at least 700 metres (Figure 3). The target is completely under thin soil cover and only a single line of holes have been completed across the target. These holes, drilled by Intermin in 2005, are located 500m north of the deposit and successfully intersected shallow copper mineralisation - 17m @ 0.50% copper from 24 metres in NRC05094 and 12m @ 0.47% copper from 57 metres in NRC05117 (Figure 5). A third target lies immediately east of the Nanadie Well Deposit (Figure 6) where a strong geophysical (IP chargeability) anomaly has been defined over 300 metres of strike and is completely under thin soil cover. Shallow drilling approximately 100 metres to the north along strike of this target intersected anomalous copper (3m @ 0.34% copper from 15 metres in NRC04014) within mafic rocks interpreted to be similar to those that host the Nanadie Well mineralisation. The IP anomaly which has never been drill tested is significant given that it is equivalent to the IP chargeability anomaly that “maps” the copper mineralisation at Nanadie Well. A combination of reverse circulation and diamond drilling is being planned to test the targets, the details of which will be finalised once field checking is completed and all statutory work approvals have been received. In addition to the three primary targets, the Company’s review has also identified a number of other prospective features within the broader project area which are being evaluated. These include zones of bedrock and surface copper – gold anomalism and historic gold workings. Comment These are the first targets generated by Mithril since the Company entered into an agreement with Intermin Resources Limited (“Intermin” - ASX: IRC) in late 2013 on the Nanadie Well Copper Project where Mithril can earn up to a 75% interest in the project by completing expenditure of $4M over 6 years (ASX Announcement dated 6 December 2014 and see Figure 1). The Company has also entered into an agreement with Doray Minerals Limited (“Doray” - ASX: DRM) where Mithril can earn up to an 80% interest in the adjacent Copper Hills Project (ASX Announcement dated 20 December 2014 and see Figure 1) by completing expenditure of $1M over four years. The agreement was conditional upon Mithril completing due diligence within 90 days after the signing of the agreement which has now been satisfactorily completed. The 160km² Copper Hills Project is highly prospective for the discovery of polymetallic (i.e. copper – gold – silver – zinc) Volcanic Massive Sulphide (VMS) mineralisation as well as shear hosted lode gold deposits and Mithril will shortly commence a detailed review of the Copper Hills Project similar to that undertaken at Nanadie Well.

These examples should not be taken as limiting the broad meaning of sampling. Historic RC drilling referred to in this Report was undertaken by Intermin Resources over the period 2004 – 2005, and 2011 - 2012. Intermin sampled drill holes as follows: 4m composite RC drill samples were taken by using a PVC spear (75mm diameter) being thrust to the bottom of the green plastic RC bag with 1 scoop per sample taken. Additionally 1m single splits were taken off the rig mounted cyclone/splitter unit. These were placed on top of the green plastic RC drill bags and ultimately gathered and sent to the laboratory after the 4m composite results were known. Single samples deemed to have little Cu or Au were not assayed. The splitter/cyclone was routinely cleaned to avoid sample contamination. Include reference to measures taken to ensure sample representivity and the appropriate calibration of any measurement tools or systems used. The collar locations of Intermin drill holes have been verified and confirmed by Mithril personnel using a handheld GPS (+/- 5m accuracy) Aspects of the determination of mineralisation that are Material to the Public Report. In cases where ‘industry standard’ work has been done this would be relatively simple (e.g. ‘reverse circulation drilling was used to obtain 1 m samples from which 3 kg was pulverised to produce a 30 g charge for fire assay’). In other cases more explanation may be required, such as where there is coarse gold that has inherent sampling problems. Unusual commodities or mineralisation types (e.g. submarine nodules) may warrant disclosure of detailed information. Intermin’s 2004 – 2005 RC drill samples were submitted to Ultra Trace Laboratories Pty Ltd in Perth for sample preparation and analysis. Intermin’s 2011 – 2012 RC drill samples were submitted to Aurum Laboratories Pty Ltd in Perth for sample preparation and analysis. Following sample preparation, a representative 50g sub-sample was submitted for copper and gold analysis by Aqua Regia with an ICPMS finish. Detection limit for Cu was 5ppm, Au 0.01 ppm. Random 50g Fire Assays (with ICPMS finish) were also taken to check the initial Aqua Regia gold analytical results. Standards and Blanks were used with satisfactory results on all elements. Drilling techniques Drill type (e.g. core, reverse circulation, open-hole hammer, rotary air blast, auger, Bangka, sonic, etc.) and details (e.g. core diameter, triple or standard tube, depth of diamond tails, face-sampling bit or other type, whether core is oriented and if so, by what method, etc.). Reverse Circulation (RC) drilling was undertaken by Intermin. Drill sample recovery Method of recording and assessing core and chip sample recoveries and results assessed. Not Known Measures taken to maximise sample recovery and ensure representative nature of the samples. Not Known Whether a relationship exists between sample recovery and grade and whether sample bias may have occurred due to preferential loss/gain of fine/coarse material. Not Known Logging Whether core and chip samples have been geologically and geotechnically logged to a level of detail to support appropriate Mineral Resource estimation, mining studies and metallurgical studies. RC chip samples have been geologically logged to level of detail sufficient to support the estimation of an Inferred Resource only. Mithril has undertaken detailed re-logging of RC chip samples from the 2011 – 2012 Intermin drill programs. Whether logging is qualitative or quantitative in nature. Core (or costean, channel, etc.) photography Logging is qualitative in nature. The total length and percentage of the relevant intersections logged. All holes re-logged by Mithril have been logged in their entirety. Sub- sampling techniques and sample preparation If core, whether cut or sawn and whether quarter, half or all core taken. Not applicable as no diamond core has been drilled If non-core, whether riffled, tube sampled, rotary split, etc. and whether sampled wet or dry. For Intermin’s RC drilling the following typically applied: 4m composite RC drill samples were taken by using a PVC spear (75mm diameter) being thrust to the bottom of the green plastic RC bag with 1 scoop per sample taken. Additionally 1m single splits were taken off the rig mounted cyclone/splitter unit. These were placed on top of the green plastic RC drill bags and ultimately gathered and sent to the laboratory after the 4m composite results were known. Location of data points Accuracy and quality of surveys used to locate drill holes (collar and down-hole surveys), trenches, mine workings and other locations used in Mineral Resource estimation. Collar locations were originally recorded using a handheld GPS with an accuracy of +/- 5m. Mithril has also confirmed the location of drill holes within the Nanadie Well Deposit area with a DGPS with an accuracy of +/- 0.5m. Specification of the grid system used. The coordinate system used during the program was GDA1994 - Zone 50. Quality and adequacy of topographic control. Not known. Assumed adequate. Data spacing and distribution Data spacing for reporting of Exploration Results. Distribution of Intermin RC holes throughout the Nanadie Well area shown on figures included with this Report. Whether the data spacing and distribution is sufficient to establish the degree of geological and grade continuity appropriate for the Mineral Resource and Ore Reserve estimation procedure(s) and classifications applied. Intermin used the results of its RC drilling to estimate an Inferred Resource under the JORC Code 2004 for the Nanadie Well Copper Deposit in September 2013. It has not been updated since to comply with the JORC Code 2012 on the basis that the information has not materially changed since it was last reported. Whether sample compositing has been applied. Sampling compositing by Intermin (typically 4 metres intervals) has been applied to some of the drilling data Orientation of data in relation to geological structure Whether the orientation of sampling achieves unbiased sampling of possible structures and the extent to which this is known, considering the deposit type. The geological context and setting of the Nanadie Well Copper Deposit remains largely unknown at this stage. As such it is not known whether the orientation of sampling has achieved unbiased sampling of possible structures. If the relationship between the drilling orientation and the orientation of key mineralised structures is considered to have introduced a sampling bias, this should be assessed and reported if material.
